Courses for professionals

Would you like to know more about ADHD and how to manage children/families with the condition?

We provide multi-agency training for professionals at our centre from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm. The day provides an introductory ADHD awareness training session, followed by training/workshops around behaviour management and supporting families in the home and at school.

The day will include:

• An introduction to ADHD all about the condition, how it’s diagnosed and the impact it has on children and families.
• Strategies to use at school, in the community and in the home.
• An introduction to 1-2-3 Magic and Parenting Challenging Teens programmes.
